Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing a designated area, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to high standards.
Maintaining food hygiene standards, and minimizing waste.
Supporting the sous chef and coordinating with other stations.
Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and the ability to work under pressure.
The ideal chef would have at least four to five years experience.
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Pot Washer to join our team. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Washing up kitchen equipment, trays, bowls, and utensils mainly using a sink system and dishwasher machine – this is 90% manual washing.
Keeping the washing-up area clean and organised throughout your shift.
Supporting the team to maintain a hygienic and safe working environment.
Requirements:
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good physical stamina – this is a physical role that involves standing and scrubbing for long periods
Punctuality and reliability
Must be flexible and able to commit to working weekends.
